THE LTV REGIFTING PROGRAM MEGA CACHE #1

L.I.C, NEW YORK — January 31, 2005— The LTV Squad (NYSE:LTVX) today completed the population of it's largest 'regifting cache' to date, located within the steam tunnels of Columbia University. This cache includes but is not limited to: audio tapes, books, LTV 'Hack Packs' (containing floppy disks filled with hack tips, maps, flyers, etc), CD racks painted with original LTV graffit art, office supplies, drugs of questionable consumption potiental, CDs, and truck keys.The Ltv Squad reserves the right to on occasion replenish the gift cache supply at this location if so desired.

The Ltv Regifting Program (LTV-RP) is a freeganist sponsored program intended to populate abandoned or obscure locations with vast amounts of gift items which are available to anyone to find and take on a first come, first serve basis. While this program may have a noble sounding intent of spreading free gifts for all to find, the underlying and previously unstated motive behind it's continuance is to rattle the collective order of the UE (urban exploration) community. It is the contention of some 'ethical' urban explorers that one should never, ever take anything found within an abandoned or disused area. It is our view that this is an unenforceable, mildly ridiculous viewpoint that does not account for intent to preserve - or - in this case- intent to give. Items left in abandoned locations are much like items left in the trash:available to anyone to take. Thus, the LTV-RP poses this question: if you find an ltv regifting item, what do you do? Remain ethical and not 'steal' it, or do you consume it and enjoy your free random gift?


This is YOUR decision that only YOU can make. Just say no to ethical nazism, and say yes to the new freeganist agenda.
