THE LTV REGIFTING PROGRAM.
The LTV Regifting Program (LTV-RP) can be traced back to the days
of the CLUE Patrol during the mid 1990s. One of the more favorite pranks of
the Clue Patrol was to leave packages at the dormitory doors of fellow college
students which appeared to have come from their parents. Once opened though,
the odoriferous contents of these packages (usually old Sardines) soon forced
the cringed look to the victims faces which was the essence of what the Clue
Patrol was all about.
More recently, during an LTV Flyer posting raid on NYC's lower east side,
Rastaman left a video cassette labeled 'Guiliani Porn' was left at a phone
booth. Hidden from view, we yelled (or call the pay phone) at the dumbass
insomniac bridge and tunnel losers that stumbled across this tape that they
better put it down - thus causing them to leave the area in an utter state
of hung over confused stupidity.
A few years past, and during the summer of 2004, amidst 'the great ethics'
controversy within the UE community, it was decided to restart this regifting
program, as a bold thumb to the eye of those that dare attempt to tell the
free that they must conform instead...
